What Makes This Celebration Different?
Four days of scenic drives, small-town hospitality, and a community that shows up for each other as much as their Broncos. It all happens in Walhalla, the second-oldest town in North Dakota, founded in 1845 and still carrying that frontier, fur-trade history in its bones. Add in rolling hills, a river gorge, and neighbors who treat you like family, and you get a weekend that's equal parts rally, road trip, and reunion.

Thursday | Registration Day & welcome Cruise
Registration, Welcome Cruise & Drive-In night
Check in, meet fellow Bronco owners, and kick off the weekend with an evening cruise. Then settle in for a welcome supper (burgers, brats, and all the sides, we've got it covered) and a drive-in movie night under the stars at the Brickmine.
Friday | golf, registration & Buck 'Em Rodeo
Bronco Barrel Blitz, Stampede Sprint & Trail Wrangler
Optional golf overlooking the Gorge 8 AM-noon, registration 8 AM-noon. The rodeo kicks off promptly at 1 PM with the Bronco Barrel Blitz, Stampede Sprint, and Trail Wrangler. Wrap up with the Border Bronco Challenge Cruise that evening.
Parade, Show & Shine Plus Sunset Drive & awards ceremony

Kick off the day with the Walhalla Area Chamber of Commerce parade, then show off your rig at the Show & Shine, a day made for the whole family with live music, food trucks, and vendors to keep everyone entertained. When the sun starts to dip, join the scenic drive to supper and a group awards ceremony to wrap the day.

Do I need a Bronco to attend?
Can I bring my dog?
All automotive enthusiasts are welcome to visit Riverside Park for the Show & Shine, but the Bronco Celebration event registration and specific activities are limited to Bronco owners unless otherwise noted.
Absolutely, dogs are part of the family here too. Leash laws apply throughout, and pet policies depend on where you're staying, most local hotels, Airbnb/VRBO options, and campgrounds are pet-friendly, but double check with your specific accommodation before you book.
Is the Celebration family-friendly?
What is your refund policy?
Absolutely. Saturday kicks off with a community parade, put on by the Walhalla Area Chamber of Commerce, before the Show & Shine, followed by live music and food that make it a perfect weekend for Bronco families of all ages.
Registration fees are non-refundable but fully transferable, if your plans change, you're welcome to transfer your registration to another Bronco owner. Contact us and we'll help make the swap.
What if it rains?
The celebration rolls on! Unless weather conditions are severe, we continue with the schedule. Pack your gear and enjoy the mud.
Are Canadian drivers welcome?
Absolutely! The North Border Bronco Celebration is a cross-border event. We welcome our Canadian brothers and sisters to cross over and join the fun.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants in the Rodeo events and Challenge Cruise sign a liability waiver in person at registration.
Is there a cost to watch?
Nope, spectators are welcome free of charge at the Rodeo events, and Show & Shine.
Our Story
It Started With One Crazy Idea...
Apparently organizing one of the biggest car shows in northeastern North Dakota wasn't enough. One day Aaron was watching YouTube, dreaming up ideas like he usually does, and casually said, "What if we started a Bronco celebration?" Naturally, I thought he was a little crazy. Turns out... he wasn't. (Please don't tell him I admitted that.)
That one conversation snowballed into the North Border Bronco Group and our annual North Border Bronco Celebration. What started as an idea has quickly become something much bigger than either of us imagined. A growing community of people who love Broncos almost as much as we do. And honestly? We wouldn't have it any other way.
Meet the Family
Aaron
Aaron's Bronco story started long before he owned one. Growing up, he worked at the local Ford dealership where he had the chance to drive the dealership's original 1966 Ford Bronco. That experience stuck with him for years. In 2016, he finally bought one of his own. No, it isn't a '66. But his 1993 Bronco is every bit as special to him. If there's a trail to explore, a route to plan, or another Bronco event somewhere in the country... Aaron is probably already mapping it out.
Joy
I've been a Bronco fan since I was was in college. My first Bronco stayed with me until it simply couldn't go any farther, and I loved every mile behind the wheel. When Ford announced the return of the Bronco, I knew exactly what my dream vehicle was going to be. Today I'm proud to own a 60th Anniversary Bronco, and yes... I'm still just as excited every time I climb behind the wheel. I'm usually the one behind the camera, behind the computer, behind the website... or behind just about everything else that keeps our events running.
Kassidy
Kassidy caught the Bronco bug early. She bought her 1992 Nite Edition while she was still a junior in high school. Life happened, and eventually she sold it. But sometimes things have a way of finding their way back home. Years later she tracked it down, bought it back, and now it's exactly where it belongs.
Oaklynn & Wrenley
They're the youngest members of our crew... future Bronco lovers in training. Whether they're riding along, helping where they can, or simply reminding us why we're building this community, they're already a big part of what makes the North Border Bronco Group special.

The North Border Bronco Celebration will always be our flagship event, but we have bigger dreams. We're planning Bronco meetups across North Dakota. Trail rides through the Pembina Gorge and beyond. Weekend cruises. Road trips to Bronco events around the country. Maybe even a few adventures we haven't dreamed up yet. If there's a Bronco involved... we're probably interested.
